Deaf Awareness Mug Competition
Bordesley Green Girls' School & Sixth Form prides itself on being an inclusive school; everyone is valued and encouraged to belong, regardless of their background, ability or medical background. Our Hearing Impaired students especially are an integral part of the BGGS community, and for them and everyone else, Deaf Awareness Week is an exciting time in the school's calendar.
The HRB students and their teachers run activities and competitions, which are enthusiastically supported by everyone. This year's Deaf Awareness Week included a mug design challenge. The winning design was submitted by Nimrin from Year 7 and can be seen here. Congratulations, Nimrin!
