• Friday 8 May 2026 Deaf Awareness Mug Competition Bordesley Green Girls' School & Sixth Form prides itself on being an inclusive school; everyone is valued and encouraged to belong, regardless of their background, ability or medical background. Our Hearing Impaired students especially are an integral part of the BGGS community, and for them and everyone else, Deaf Awareness Week is an exciting time in the school's calendar.

• Wednesday 4 February 2026 Update - Syria Deaf Association In June & July 2023, B.G.G.S students were very busy raising funds and resources for the charity Deaf Children's Association in Syria. The charity, founded by Feras Al-Mobayed has had a challenging three years, trying to get fundraising and donations off the ground for these vulnerable children.
