Careers Information for Staff
Careers Education, Information, Advice & Guidance (CEIAG) at BGGS is student centred, universal, progressive and outcome focused.
A stable careers programme is based on the eight Gatsby Benchmarks, which enables BGGS to meet its compulsory and statutory obligations.
You can see an overview of our careers programme here;
BGGS delivers Labour Market Information (LMI) through a range of industry partnerships and collaborations.
All curriculum areas have undergone a Careers Audit and Contextual Analysis has been undertaken to inform the planning, development, design and implementation of our careers programme.
The benefits of embedding Careers within BGGS curriculums are complemented through the 3 annual Drop Down Days.
All staff at Bordesley Green School contribute to careers provision. You may encounter career-related questions or activities, even if you’re not a Careers Adviser.
