Refunds on trip payments (and dinner money)
Following the government's announcement that schools will be closed indefinitely, students have asked us if they will get a refund on payments made for:
- Lunch Money
Students who are due to leave the school at the end of this academic year WILL get a refund on payments made for trips. Money loaded onto the cashless catering system will be refunded.
We will make arrangements for these refunds as quickly as possible - but in the current circumstances, this could take until the end of April and might take longer than this in the event of more stringent Government advice about Coronavirus prevention.
Refunds will be via bank transfer, so we will need to obtain bank details from families and we will write to you again in April to request this information.
We plan to rearrange all other trips once we are operating normally again, so we will not be making refunds to students who will be with us again in the next academic year.
