“Every human is an artist.”

Don Miguel Ruiz.

At Bordesley Green Girls' School and Sixth Form, we strongly believe in the vital role art and design play in allowing creativity, curiosity and self-expression to develop alongside resilience, confidence and critical thinking skills.

Our broad-based curriculum enables students  to develop and build creative skills exploring a variety of techniques with a range of media  .

Students at B.G.G.S are introduced to a wide range of art, artists and designers from different historical contexts and a wide range of cultures creating visually literate world citizens with an understanding of their own and others cultural heritage and how art impacts and enhances our surroundings and society today.
